Our staged approach is a new process we created after learning from our patients and taking their feedback!
This is a way of starting our work that span two focused sessions (60 mins + 30 mins) over a week or two at most. This allows us to thoroughly understand your unique needs while making quality care more accessible, maximizing your OON reimbursement potential.
This comprehensive approach ensures we develop the most effective treatment plan tailored specifically for you.
Appointment 1: 60 minutes: $350
Appointment 2: 30 minutes: $250

This length of time is best suited for you if you’re looking for standard psychiatric care, perhaps haven’t tried many medications in the past, and are generally healthy.
During this visit, we’ll spend time learning about you, hearing your story, and asking questions. we’ll want to know about what you’ve been struggling with, your health history, the important people in your life, your habits and routines, and what you’d like help with. We’ll create a plan for you, which might include lab tests, recommendations on nutrition, activity, sleep, psychotherapy, supplements, and medications. We might ask to talk with your primary care provider, with your therapist if you have one, or with other people who you may want to involve in your care.
All coordination of care, records review, and documentation related to this initial consultation is included in the fee.
Jess Romeo: $600
Janine Michaelson: $600
Teresa Vlahovich: $450

This length of assessment is recommended for individuals who have a complex psychiatric history, have tried many medications before that haven’t worked, or who are looking for help addressing the psychiatric effects of additional medical problems, such as long covid, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, or chronic pain.
Just like the 90 minute consultation, I’ll spend time learning about you, hearing your story, and asking questions. We’ll create a comprehensive integrative treatment plan for you, which can include lab tests, recommendations on nutrition, activity, sleep, psychotherapy, supplements, and medications. I will likely ask your permission to coordinate with your primary care provider, any specialists involved in your care, with your therapist, or with other people who you may want to involve in your care. All coordination of care and documentation related to this initial consultation is included in the fee.

We’ll look at what has come up since we last met. We’ll track your progress, review lab results, consider what’s working well for you and what isn’t, and refine your plan. This length of visit is best for focused concerns, or following up on medication or supplement management. If we are integrating psychotherapy into your treatment, a 45-minute session would be best suited for that.
$250

We’ll be able to do everything that’s included in the 25-minute follow-up, plus time for psychotherapy interventions or more extensive review of how the treatment plan is shaping up for you.
