Our providers can see patients throughout the lifespan, offering support for folks age 6 and up.
We center the needs of queer, trans, and neurodivergent people—and anyone who’s been told they’re “too complex,” “too sensitive,” or “too much.”

This practice started over three years ago under a different name - Integra Mental Health. Back then, I thought integrative psychiatry—adding holistic treatments to western medicine—was the answer to meeting patients’ needs in a system that often dismissed them.
But as the practice grew, I realized the real work was much deeper.
Truly integrative care was about interrogating the foundations of our training, thinking more intentionally and deeply about our work, and continually evolving to give our patients the care they deserve.
The patients we see - often queer, trans, neurodivergent, and struggling with symptoms their previous providers dismissed as insignificant—
—forced us to confront how traditional healthcare can function as a form of social control when we don't question it.
We'd been trained to spot deviance and label it pathology, without asking whether the person actually experienced distress related to it at all.
We had to learn to outpsych our own training—
to use evidence-informed interventions while constantly questioning whose version of normal we were upholding, and at what cost.
That's what OutPsych means.
