Our Administrative Team

A white person stands against a background of trees and bushes. They have shoulder-length, straight, light brown hair. They are wearing a bright yellow solid-color shirt, a black belt, and pink pants. They lean on a blue cane decorated with stickers.

Radiance Romesberg (she/her)

Director of Operations

Radiance is the glue that holds OutPsych together, serving as the director of operations for the practice, as well as the curriculum manager at My Gender IQ.

Radiance has a long personal and professional history of radical community building, social justice work, and LGBTQIA+ activism. Outside of her paid work, she’s known as a renegade who refuses to adhere to any prescribed societal path in pursuit of her own self-expression, and the liberation of oppressed peoples. She believes in radiating positivity, and encouraging collective collaboration to bring hope and healing to all.

Indigo Sharp (he/they)

Administrative Assistant and Accessibility Lead

Indigo keeps OutPsych connected and accessible. A Smith College graduate, he supports nearly every layer of the practice - from social media and curriculum development to podcast editing and accessibility strategy. As a disabled spoonie with a host of “complex” diagnoses, they know what it’s like to not feel at home in the medical system.

They’re so grateful to have found a place here at OutPsych where disabled knowledge and liberation is celebrated.

When Indigo is not working, he’s usually making clothes (like the pink pants pictured above) or learning about native plants.
